Founded in 2018,  DragonTech IT Services is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The managed service provider primarily serves small local businesses with 5–10 employees. CEO Josh Evans has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and cybersecurity sector.

Many of his clients began to request that Evans take over their web hosting services. DragonTech partnered with Vendasta in 2020 after landing a client who needed a full package of digital marketing solutions to complement their IT needs. 

The size of that one single client paid for the Vendasta subscription for the year, and we were off,” Evans says.

What’s next 

DragonTech IT Services plans to work directly with their Partner Development Manager to create tiered packages for their smallest customers that don’t dig into their bottom lines but are still helpful and profitable for DragonTech at the same time.

“Vendasta has made us a digital marketing company. They inspired us to move forward and branch out rather than just simply providing IT services,” Evans says.
